摘要
针对天津市最具发展潜力的栾树、刺楸、柳树3种木本蔬菜,对其食用、药用价值和食用方法进行了论述,并初步分析了这3种木本蔬菜发展的经济潜力,为农业种植结构的调整和地方经济的发展提供理论依据。
The woody vegetables contain rich protein, fat, vitamins, amino acid, mineral element and other nutrients, which were forestry vegetable resources with good development foreground. The edible value, medical value and edible method of Koelreuteria paniculata, Kalopanax septernlobus and Willow were analyzed, as well as the economic development potential. It provided the theory basis for the adjustment of agricultural planting structure and the development of local economy.
