摘要
采用两步法和微波辅助法合成1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体([Bmim]PF6),研究时间、温度、配比、溶剂种类对中间体[Bmim]Br和[Bmim]PF6产率的影响,离子液体([Bmim]PF6)的结构采用红外和核磁进行表征。实验结果 1表明:反应时间为24 h、温度为70℃、反应物质的量比为1∶1.1时,中间体[Bmim]Br产率可达到92.31%,25℃下中间体[Bmim]Br和KPF6等物质的量反应24 h,[Bmim]PF6离子液体产率为68.94%;利用微波间歇加热辅助合成[Bmim]Br产率高达96.62%,[Bmim]PF6产率为73.52%。
Ionic liquids 1 - butyl - 3 - methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ( [ Bmim] PF6) were synthesized by the two - steps method and microwave - assisted. The factors affecting the product yield of [ Bmim ] Br and [ Bmim]PF6 such as time of synthesis, temperature, the ratio of reactants, solvents have been studied. The target product of [ Bmim ] PF6 was characterized by infrared spectra and proton nuclear magnetic resonance. The results showed that the reactive time 24 h, temperatrue 70 ~C, the molar ratio of reactants 1 : 1.1, the yield of intermediate [ Bmim ] Br was 92.31%. Then equimolar potassium hexafluorophosphate was added and the 25~C, the yield of ionic liquid [ Bmim] PF6 is about 68.94%.
