摘要
文章针对四川外语学院教师多媒体教室和实验室的教学设备技能培训项目中出现的现实问题,教育技术中心提出了将ARCS动机设计模式应用于高校教师多媒体教学设备培训项目。并在此模式的四个阶段(分析动机问题、设计动机策略、执行策略以及评价策略执行的效果)的流程指导下,结合本校实际情况整理出了每个阶段可操作性的实施策略,以及从ARCS理论的注意力、相关性、信心和满意度四个因素激发学员学习动机的途径和方法。在项目的具体实践中取得了良好的成效。
The article aims at a realistic problem in multi-media teaching facilities skills training program of Sichuan International Studies University, The educational technology center proposed ARCS model applied to multi-media teaching facilities skills training on college teacher. And under the guidance of four stages (analysis of motives, motivation strategy design, implementation strategy and evaluation of the effect of policy enforcement) in this mode, combine the actual situation with this school. Sorted out the operational steps in each phase, the ways and means to simulate students' motivation from the four factors that attention relevance, confidence and satisfaction in ARCS theory. The concrete practice of the project has achieved effective achievement.
