摘要 介绍了中国石化青岛石化公司15 000 m3/h干气制氢装置低负荷运行的生产情况,并从操作参数、操作方式等方面提出了一些优化措施。低负荷运行最突出的问题就是转化炉管内介质分布不均匀,容易形成偏流。须采取降低加氢反应器空速和入口温度,提高转化炉水碳比,加大配氢量等措施,以增加转化炉管内介质流量,带走炉管内过多的热量。另外,还应有效控制变压吸附(PSA)解吸气中的氢气含量,适时对中变气进行切水操作,保持生产负荷提降量平稳。 The situation of low load operation of 15 000 m3/h hydrogen generation unit in Qingdao Petrochemical Company was introduced, and the optimized measures on operation parameters and operation method proposed. The prominent problem at low load operation was the heterogeneous distribution and bias flow of medium in reformer tubes. For this reason, measures were adopted including reducing the space velocity and inlet temperature in hydrogenator,improving the water to carbon ratio in reformer and increasing the hydrogen level added to enhancethe medium flow rate and carry away the excess heat in reformer tubes. In addition, the hydrogen content in the desorbed gas from pressure swing adsorption (PSA) should be controlled effectively, the water from middletemperature shift gas needed to be emitted in time, the rising or dropping of load should be kept at a narrow range.
