摘要
建立了某重型汽车驱动桥桥壳有限元模型,在该桥壳结构满足刚度、强度要求的前提下,把最优化技术与有限元法结合产生的结构优化技术运用到驱动桥桥壳的轻量化设计中。采用Altair OptiStruct的拓扑优化技术,得到了桥壳新的设计形状,使桥壳在质量减少的情况下,应力分布更加均匀,最大应力和最大变形变化都不是很大。
The drive axle housing and wheels can realize load bearing and the force transmission. When the structure is under the premise to meet the stiffness and strength, we adopted optimization techniques which was combined with the finite in the lightweight design of drive axle housing, to achieve greater economic efficiency. element method and structural optimization technology so as to reduce vehicle weight, lower fuel consumption
