摘要 介绍了我国重要的煤炭生产基地神东矿区绩效考核实践经验,并剖析存在的问题,提出针对性措施,希望为煤炭企业完善绩效考核体系提供经验和借鉴。 The paper introduced the practice of performance appraisal in Shendong coal enterprise,analyzed the existing problems and proposed measures.The practice is useful for improving the performance appraisal system in coal enterprise.
