摘要
目的 :观察 3组癌细胞系中TM4SF蛋白CD37、CD5 3的表达。方法 :利用Northernblot杂交 ,观察CD37、CD5 3mRNA在人前列腺癌细胞、肺癌细胞和人黑色素瘤细胞 3组 8种细胞系中的表达。结果和结论 :TM4SF蛋白CD37、CD5 3在前列腺癌细胞、肺癌细胞以及黑色素瘤细胞系中均不表达。
Aim:To observe expressions of TM4SF proteins CD37 and CD53 in three kinds of human cancer cell lines Methods:Expressions of CD37 and CD53 in cancer cell lines of human prostate, lung and melanoma were observed by Northern blot hybridization Results and conclusion:No expressions of TM4SF proteins CD37 and CD53 were detected in the three kinds of human prostate, lung cancer and melanoma cell lines
