摘要
目的 :建立一种盐酸麻黄素滴鼻剂的含量测定方法。方法 :以一阶导数光谱的谷 基振幅值为测定依据 ,测定波长λ为 2 16nm。结果 :回收率 10 0 .14% ,相对标准差 0 74% ,线性范围 7.5 6～ 17.6 4mg·L-1。结论 :该方法简便、准确、快速 ,适合于盐酸麻黄素滴鼻剂的含量测定。
Aim:To establish an accurate method for the determination of diltiazem ephedrine hydrochloride nasal.Methods:The first derivative spectrophotometric method was used by valley zero method,and the wave length of determination was 216 nm.Results:The recovery rate was 100.14%.The relative standard deviation was 0.74%.The linear range was 7.56～17.64 mg·L -1 . Conclusion:The method is convenient,accurate,rapid and suitable for assay of the preparation.
