摘要
模拟高温高压腐蚀环境,通过扫描电镜和能谱分析,研究不同温度下的Cr13不锈钢的耐CO2腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着温度升高,Cr13不锈钢CO2腐蚀速率在150℃达到最大以后下降;温度的变化也导致表面腐蚀产物成分和结构的变化,影响腐蚀产物对金属基体的保护效果。
The effect of temperature on CO2 corrosion resistance of Cr13 stainless steel was studied in simulated high temperature and high pressure corrosion environments.By means of SEM and energy spectrum analysis,it was found that the CO2 corrosion rate of Cr13 stainless steel reached maximum at 150℃,but declined as temperature increased.Temperature also led to the changes of surface corrosion product composition and structurae,and influenced the protection effects of corrosion products on metal matrix.
