改水降氟对小学生骨龄发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究氟中毒病区青少年在长期改饮低氟水后的骨骼发育的恢复情况。方法用横断面调查 方法选取已经改水23年的原地方性氟中毒重病区为研究点,并设未改水重病区为病区对照,非病区为正常对照 的8~13岁小学生,用李果珍法观察骨龄状况,以Dean法判定氟斑牙程度、结果改水成功的原地方性氟中毒重 病区的青少年饮用低氟水后,影响其体格发育的重要指标骨龄延迟率有明显的下降,已经接近非病区的水平。结 论改饮低氟水将使地方性氟中毒病区青少年骨龄延迟的情况得到明显的好转。 Objective Study the situation of bone development of the pupils who drink improved water with low fluoride content over 20 years. Methods 303 cases aged from 8 to 13 years old are selected form the following 3 survey spots:old fluorosis area where high fluoride in drinking water has been removed for 23 years, current fluorosis area with high fluoride in drinking water as non removed fluoride group and non-fluorosis area with less than 1. 0mg/L fluoride in drinking-water as normal control group. The bone-age status was evaluated with Dr. Li's method. Dental fluorosis was assessed with Dean's method. Results The delayed rate of bone-age, which is an important index reflecting the status of their body development,of the pupils in the old fluorosis area is significantly decreased since they drinking low fluoride content water. The delay rate of bone-age tends to be that of the normal group.Conclusions Removing high fluoride from drinking water can benefit to the body development of the local pupils.
