猪链球菌河北分离株对常用抗菌药物的耐药性 被引量:2

摘要 采用微量稀释法测定了28种药物对临床分离的34株猪链球菌的体外最小抑菌浓度(MIC),以美国临床检验标准委员会(NCCLS)的临界浓度做为判断标准,判定了猪链球菌对28种药物的耐药谱。结果表明,临床分离的菌株以耐药菌为主,且91.18%的菌株呈多重耐药,菌株耐药谱型达14种,对磺胺类药物(82.3%~100.0%)、氨基糖苷类药物(79.4%~94.1%)、四环素类药物(88.2%~97.1%)、林可胺类药物(79.4%~85.3%)、大环内酯类药物(50%~88.2%)耐药性最为严重,对β-内酰胺类(14.7%~35.3%)、喹诺酮类(38.2%~73.5%)、酰胺醇类(32.4%~41.2%)耐药性次之,对头孢菌素类药物头孢噻呋和头孢唑啉、头孢噻吩敏感率分别为85.3%和82.3%。
