摘要
比较赤芝和松杉灵芝液体培养菌丝体生物量和多糖含量。在相同的培养条件下,对赤芝和松杉灵芝进行液体培养,采用热水浸提法提取干燥菌丝体多糖,通过蒽酮-硫酸法测定赤芝和松杉灵芝多糖含量。测得赤芝多糖含量为7.22%,松杉灵芝多糖含量为3.78%,液体培养赤芝生长速度比松杉灵芝快,多糖含量也比松杉灵芝高,因此,赤芝更适合用于液体培养生产灵芝多糖。
Mycelia biomass and polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderrna tsugae by liquid culture were compared.In the same cultivation condition, Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma tsugae were studied. Polysaccharides were extracted by hot water extraction. Ploysaccharides were determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method. Results: The results showed that the content of Ganoderma lucidurn polysaccharide was 7.22%, the content of Ganoderma tsugae polysaccharide was 3.78%. In liquid culture, the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide and growth rate were higher than the Ganodermq tsugae. So, the Ganoderma lucidum was more suitable for liquid culture to product Ganoderma lucidum nolvsaccharides.
