摘要
作者从关系质量这一核心因素出发,回顾了不同关系质量背景下与之相关的特质特性、信息数量和质量对人格判断准确性的影响。同时,结合人格判断在实际生活中的运用,作者还探讨了在学校教育、同伴交往以及家庭教育背景下,不同水平关系尤其是师生关系、同学关系以及亲子关系对人格判断准确性的影响及其启示意义。
The author aims to discuss the effects of of acquaintanceship quality on accurate personality judgment by reviewing the impacts of trait-related information, quantity and quality of information. Meanwhile, the author, considering its practical use, examines the effects on the accuracy of personality judgment of the relationships of teacher-student, classmate and parent-child in the context of schools, peer interaction and family background.
