摘要
讨论了基于相关性矩阵的故障诊断树生成技术和优化方法:采用设置故障测试点,得到故障信息相关性矩阵,以描述系统各单元的逻辑关系。利用故障检测、故障隔离化简相关性矩阵,并通过生成故障诊断树的方式得出故障测试最优步骤,从而将故障快速定位到可更换单元。通过介绍某装备系统的故障诊断树生成过程说明诊断树的生成步骤,并用该诊断树对装备进行故障检修,说明其正确性、实用性和优越性。
Based on correlation matrix,the paper discusses fault diagnosis tree generation technology and optimization method.Adopting setting fault test points,it got fault information of correlation matrix,then described logical relationship of each unit.Using fault detection and fault isolation,it got diagnosis tree and optimal test steps,then located fault to the replace unit fast.The paper shows the diagnosis tree generation steps by introducing fault diagnosis tree generation process of a equipment system.Finally,it applies the diagnosis tree to maintain the actual equipment to verify its correction and practicality.
