摘要
机床进给系统的动态特性的优良直接影响到机床的定位精度,因此对进给系统的动态特性进行分析对提高机床加工精度及加工性能有重要意义。以某立式加工中心的滚珠丝杠进给系统为研究对象,利用Ansys建立包含结合部特性的进给系统有限元模型。在此基础上,通过模态分析和谐响应分析,得到了进给系统的固有频率和振动特性。通过分析改变各个结合面刚度对系统固有频率影响的敏感程度,找到了系统的薄弱结合面,并对这些结合面刚度值进行优化,提高了进给系统的动态特性。
The dynamic characteristics of the feeding system directly affect the positioning accuracy of the machine tool,so the analysis of dynamic characteristics of the feeding system is very meanintrul to improve the machining accuracy and processing properties of the machine tool.By taking a ball screwing feeding system of a vertical machining center as a study example ,a FEM model containing the conjoint in- terfaces cahracteriticsof the feeding system is established by applying the software ansys.On this basis, through modal analyzing and harmonic response analyzing, the natural frequency and vibration characteris- tics of the feeding system are obtained.Through analyzing the impact of the conjoint interfaces 'stiffness changing on the natural frequency of the feeding system,its relative weaker conjoint interfaces are found, which stiffness value is optimized and dynamic characteristics of the feeding system are improved.
