摘要
继电器是一种比较常见的电子器件,主要用于自动控制和远距离操作,它的可靠性是电气控制系统正常运行的基本保证。该系统基于虚拟仪器技术,用于对继电器的动作电压、返回电流、吸合时间等各项性能指标进行测试,从而对继电器的性能做出判定。该设计遵从虚拟仪器设计的根本方法,使用LabWindows/CVI软件平台,结合多线程技术,本着"软件即是仪器"的原则,充分利用了计算机软硬件资源。该系统能准确测量继电器的各项输出信号,处理分析后可以较好地确定继电器的性能参数,同时具有良好的人机交互界面,代码采用模块化设计,方便维护和升级。
R.elay is a common electronic device, mainly used in automatic control and operation from a long distance,and its reliability is the basic guarantee of the normal operation for an electric control system. This system test the action voltage,return current and the suction time performance of the various releys based on virtual instrument technique,. Accordingly make a judgement about the performance of the relay. This design follow the basic method of the VI tech, in line with the principle of "software is instrument" , using LabWindows/CVI software platform, and combining the multi-threading technology,to make fi.dl use of the hardware and software resources of the computer. This system has accurate measurement on the output signal of the relay,can determine th~ parameters of the relay performance after analyzing the data.Meanwhile it has a good user interface and modular designed code that is easy for promoting and maintaining.
