摘要
针对恒定导通时间(COT)控制开关变换器的开关频率随输入电压变动而变化的缺点,本文提出了一种基于输入电压前馈补偿的恒定导通时间(IVFC-COT)控制技术,通过引入输入电压前馈环路,使恒定导通时间与输入电压成反比,从而消除输入电压波动对开关频率的影响。IVFC-COT控制在继承COT控制环路设计简单,无需误差放大器及其相应的补偿网络,瞬态响应速度快等优点的基础上,使开关频率在输入电压或负载波动时保持恒定。仿真及实验结果验证了IVFC-COT控制技术的可行性。
In order to make the switching frequency of constant on-time(COT)control technique immunity to the variation of input voltage, input voltage feed-forward compensated COT (IVFC-COT) control technique is proposed in this paper. By introducing input voltage feed-forward compensation, the on time is inverse proportion to the input voltage, and the effect of input voltage variation on switching frequency is eliminated. Similar to COT control technique, IVFC-COT also has simple control loop and fast transient response, moreover, error amplifier and its corresponding compensation network are not needed. In addition, it can make the switching frequency independent of the variation of input voltage and load. Simulation and experimental results are verified the validity of the proposed IVFC-COT control technique.
