摘要
在调查全国小城镇污水处理设施现状的基础上,总结了目前我国小型污水处理厂的特点。对157座规模在1×104m3/d以下的小型污水厂的调查表明,人工湿地的使用率最高,为45.96%;其次为氧化沟,所占比例达21.74%。但是人工湿地存在较多问题,如处理效果易受气候影响、占地大、易对地下水造成二次污染、植物收割及清理麻烦等。为此分析了小型污水处理厂的工艺流程,提出优先采用氧化沟和SBR工艺,以使污水处理设施能持续、稳定的运行。此外,还从小型污水处理厂的电源、自动化、结构材料、成本控制、设备造型和管理等方面提出了建议和运行的对策。
On the basis of investigation of the situation of sewage treatment facilities in small towns in China, the characteristics of small wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) were summarized. The result for 157 WWTPs with treatment capacity of below 1 ×104m3/d indicated that the constructed wetland was most widely applied, its utilization rate was about 45.96% , and oxidation ditch was the second, its utilization rate was 21.74%. However, the constructed wetland had some problems, such as climate in- fluence on treatment efficiency, large footprint, secondary pollution of groundwater, inconvenient reaping and cleaning of plants and so on. Therefore, the process flows of small WWTPs were analyzed, and it was recommended that oxidation ditch and SBR should be preferentially used to enable small WWTPs to oper- ate continuously and stably. Constructive and operational countermeasures about power source, automati- zation, structural materials, cost control, equipment type selection, management and so on were put for- ward.
