摘要
目的:建立葛根骨康宁颗粒中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C_(18);流动相为甲醇-水(25:75);检测波长为250 nm;流速为1 ml·min^(-1);柱温为30℃。结果:线性范围为0.15~1.50μg(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为99.69%(RSD=2.21%,n=6)。三批葛根骨康宁颗粒中葛根素的平均含量为271.8 mg/100 g。结论:本法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为葛根骨康宁颗粒的质量控制指标之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of puerarin in Gegen Gnkangning granules. Method: HPLC with Zorbax SB-Cts column was used, and methanol-water(25:75 )was the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 250 nm, The flow rate was 1 ml ·min^-1, and the column temperature was 30℃. Result: The linear range of puerarin was 0.15-1.50 μg(r = 0. 999 9) with the average recovery of 99.69% ( RSD = 2.21%, n = 6). Conclusion : The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Gegen Gukangning granules.
