摘要
文章研究了适合管道高速检测系统的高采样率、高精度软件,通过提高数据采集模块的优先级,采用DMA传输方式以及双缓冲传输,提高了数据采样及处理的速度,用高效的脉冲宽度检测模块提高了缺陷信号处理的精度。采用该数据采集处理软件的管道漏磁检测系统在油田和冶金企业获得广泛应用,效果良好。
In this paper,a data acquisition software system with high acquisition rate and accuracy is designed for steel pipe inspection.The speed of data acquisition and processing is improved by raising the thread priority of the data acquisition module and by using DMA and double-buffering transmission mode.The accuracy of flaw signal processing is improved by adopting an efficient pulse width detection module.The new system of magnetic flux leakage(MFL) inspection by using this data acquisition software has gained positive feedbacks after being put into use in several oil and metallurgical corporations.
