摘要
目的:强化涉中医药的非医疗服务行业人员的从业管理,保证消费者的身心健康及合法权益。方法:采用查阅文献、专家咨询、等比例分层抽样问卷调查和深入访谈的方法。结果:在涉中医药非医疗服务行业的从业人员管理方面主要存在管理主体不明、从业人员专业知识缺乏、服务范围不明确、安全性无保障等主要问题。结论:应实现涉中医药的全行业统一管理,建立健全相关法律法规体系、明确管理主体、健全相关管理制度。
Objective: to strengthen the traditional Chinese medicine related non-medical services personnel practice man- agement, to guarantee the consumers' physical and mental health and legal rights and interests. Methods: literature review, expert consultation, stratified sampling of proportion survey and in-depth interview method. Results: The main problems in traditional Chinese medicine related non-medical service personnel practice management include unclear management subject, personnel lack of professional knowledge, unclear service areas, and no guarantee of safety. Conclusion : Should establish unified practice management of Chinese medicine related personnel, establish and perfect the relevant laws and regulations, make clear the management subject, and perfect the relevant management system.
