摘要
针对电力电子技术和装置低谐波污染的要求,研究了一种基于解耦模式下单周控制的VIENNA(三相三开关三电平)整流器。该控制下的VIENNA整流器具有结构简单、开关损耗小、不需要乘法器、快速实现功率因数校正、谐波含量低、开关频率恒定的优点。分析了VIENNA整流器的工作原理,设计了该拓扑在解耦模式下的单周控制功率因数校正策略,给出了解耦算法和控制方程。最后,通过matlab建立了该电路的仿真模型,仿真结果验证了理论分析和控制算法的正确性。
According to the low harmonic requirement of power electronics technology and equipment, a VIENNA (three-phase three-switch three-level) rectifier based on one cycle control under decoupling mode was researched. It has the advantages of simple structure, low switching losses, no multiplier, rapidly power factor correction, low harmonic, and constant switching frequency with this control method. Its working principle and the one cycle control under decoupling mode strategy were analyzed and designed. Then the decoupling algorithm and the control equation were introduced. At last, a simulation model was built in Matlab. The simulation results validate the validity of theoretical analysis and control algorithm.
