摘要
目的探讨感染性休克早期血清甲状腺功能和C-反应蛋白的变化和意义。方法选择15例感染性休克患者(休克组)和20例全身感染患者(感染组)在确诊后第1,3,5天测定三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3),甲状腺素(T4),促甲状腺激素(TSH),C-反应蛋白的血清含量;同期选择20例健康体检者(对照组)进行对照分析。结果感染组和休克组的T3、T4,C-反应蛋白和对照组发生的明显变化(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论T3、T4和C-反应蛋白的变化与严重感染患者病情危重程度密切相关。
Objective To explore the change and significance of blood serum thyroid function and CRP in early time of infectious shock).Methods There were three groups in our model which were 15 patients with infectious shock group,20 patients with whole body infects group,and 20 healthy people as the control group.All the subjects were detected the concentration of serum three idodine thyroid gland original ammonia acid(T3),thyroxin(T4),presses thyroxine(TSH) and CRP after diagnosis 1,3,5th days.)Results The level of T3,T4 and CRP in the infection group and shock group increased significantly compared with the control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).To take the acute physiology and the chronic state of health grading system 2(APACHE2) as the standard,analysis of relevance indicated there had positive relationship between the concentration of serum T3,T4,CRP severity of illness in patients with infection(P〈0.05,P0.01).Conclusion In early time of infectious shock,the infection group and shock group has varying degrees of hypothyroidism and the change of CRP,which is closely related to the serious degree of infects.
