摘要
针对某些型号雷达冷板钎焊缝焊后出现泄漏的问题,利用搅拌摩擦焊接的原理与方法对焊缝泄漏部位进行修复。针对泄漏出现的部位、尺寸、结构形式等特征设计不同的摩擦头,利用摩擦头轴肩和金属表面的摩擦与挤压使材料塑化,利用塑性材料的流动、转移和冷却结晶实现对泄漏位置的填补修复。结果表明,经摩擦修复后泄漏部位得到修复,接缝处材料连续致密,但是流量较之前略微降低,修复后的冷板满足使用要求。
A friction repair method is used to repair the leaking welding line to solve the leakage of some radar cooling plates after braze according to the friction stir welding principle.Different friction tools are designed as per different positions,dimensions and structures of leakage.Material is plasticized for friction and extrusion between the friction tool and the metal surface.Leakage is repaired by flowing,transferring and crystallizing of the plasticized material.Results show that leakage is repaired and the material at the joint is compact and continuous.The repaired cooling plate can satisfy the use requirement though the flux is reduced.
