摘要 随着石油产品需求日益增大以及经济利益的驱动,加工劣质原油将是我国炼油企业今后和未来长期面对的现实情况,而加工劣质原油容易对装置产生冲击,尤其对常减压蒸馏装置和主要二次加工装置将会造成严重腐蚀,并带来一系列的安全问题。因此为装置设置一道安全警戒线即设防值显得尤为重要。本文阐述了设防值研究的必要性,并对设防值的研究情况进行了分析。 With the increasing demand for oil products and the motivation of economic interest,processing poor quality crude oil is and will be the actual situation that the refining enterprises in our country must confront now and in the future.Yet processing poor quality crude oil may cause corrosion to the unit,especially serious corrosion to atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit and main secondary processing unit;and may cause series of safety problems.Therefore,it appears really important to set a safety warning limit,i.e.corrosion prevention threshold for the units.This paper elaborates on the necessity of research on corrosion prevention threshold and analyzes the research progress.
