组织工程技术在终末期神经源性膀胱中的治疗研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 神经源性膀胱是指控制排尿功能的中枢神经系统或周围神经受损引起的膀胱尿道功能障碍。目前针对因膀胱低顺应性和(或)膀胱高压引起的膀胱输尿管反流、肾积水、上尿路功能损毁的终末期神经源性膀胱患者,缺乏有效微创的治疗手段。传统的肠道膀胱扩大术或自体膀胱扩大术虽然能降低膀胱顺应性、增加膀胱容量、保护上尿路功能,但是其消化不良、穿孔、大量肠液分泌、结石[1]、肿瘤恶变[2]。等并发症严重影响患者的生活质量,甚至危及生命。
