摘要
采用不同引发体系引发温敏性聚(N-乙烯己内酰胺)(PVCL)与海藻酸钠(SA)的接枝聚合反应,其中偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)做引发剂时接枝效果最好。在AIBN作引发剂情况下,考察了引发剂浓度、反应时间以及原料配比等因素对接枝率(G)及单体接枝效率(GE)的影响,结果表明,当AIBN浓度为6×10-3mol/L,反应时间为5h,原料配比m(VCL)∶m(SA)为2∶1时,接枝效率达到最大。利用红外光谱技术以及热重分析对接枝共聚物的结构进行了表征。浊度研究表明,接枝共聚物具有较好的温敏性。
Different initiators were used to initiate the grafting polymerization of sodium alginate (SA) and temperature-responsive poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)(PVCL). When AIBN was taken as an initiator, the grafting(G) and grafting efficiency(GE) obtain the maximum, and the influences of reaction conditions on degree of G and GE have been studied. The results show that when C(I) is 6 × 10^-3 mol/L, t is 5h, m (VCL) : m (SA) is 2:1 the GE of the monomer obtains the maximum. The chemical structure of prepared SA-graft-PVCL (SA-g-PVCL) was verified by infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) and TG analysis. Turbidity study reveals that grafted sodium alginates have good temperature-sensitivity.
