摘要
采用田间小区试验,研究不同有机肥对南方双季稻产量、可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明:20%猪粪堆肥代替20%化学氮肥处理(处理D)、10%的猪粪堆肥代替10%化学氮肥处理(处理C)的产量最高。早稻处理D产量较不施肥处理增产123.38%,较纯化肥处理增产8.41%;晚稻处理C、D产量分别较不施肥处理A增产72.49%和71.21%,分别较纯化肥处理增产12.46%和11.63%。试验结果显示有机肥对早、晚稻的可溶性糖含量和游离氨基酸含量均无显著影响,但有机肥和化肥适当配施有利于提高水稻茎叶和稻米的可溶性糖、游离氨基酸总量。
The effects of different organic fertilizers on yield, soluble sugar content and free amino acids content of the double cropping rice in southern China were studied by using field plot test. The results showed that the treatment D that using 20% of pig manure compost to instead of 20% of chemical fertilizer and treatment C that using 10% of pig manure compost to insteadof 10% of chemical fertilizer had the highest yield; the yield of early rice in treatment D increased by 123.38% than that in treatment with no fertilization and by 8.41% than that in treatment with pure chemical fertilizers; the yield of late rice in treatment C and D respectively increased by 72.49% and 71.21% than that in treatment A with no fertilization, and respectively increased by 12.46% and 11.63% than that in treatment with pure chemical fertilizers. The results showed that applying organic fertilizers had no significant impacts on soluble sugar content and free amino acids content of early rice and late rice, but combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer with a proper ratio will help to improve the total soluble sugar content and total free amino acids content in stem, leaf and rice grain of rice.
