摘要
本试验以6种籼型水稻的幼穗为外植体进行愈伤组织的诱导和分化。通过分别统计不同基因型水稻在不同培养基上的愈伤组织诱导率,不同分化时期的幼穗的愈伤组织诱导率,观察不同基因型水稻在继代培养基上的表现,并调查不同基因型水稻的分化率,筛选得到了3个高组织培养力、易分化的籼稻材料,分别为乐恢188、6188、H3620。3个籼稻材料较对照粳稻日本晴,组织培养力差异不明显,适宜作为籼稻遗传转化的材料。
In this experiment,6 Indica-type rice panicles were used for callus induction and differentiation.The callus induction rate of different rice genotypes in different culture media,and the callus induction rate of the panicles in different differentiation period were counted.The performances of different rice genotypes in the subculture medium were observed.The regeneration rates of different rice genotypes were investigated.Based on this,3 Indica-type rice panicles,including Rong 188,6188,H3620,with the good ability to differentiation,were screened out.Compared with CK,the induced ability had no the significant difference,so Lehui 188,6188,H3620 were suitable for genetic transformation of Indica rice breeding.
