摘要
大遗址是展现历史文化和国家尊严的重要地区。随着我国城市化进程的深入发展,许多大遗址在城市开发建设过程中面临威胁,亟需保护。实践证明,在市场经济条件下,大遗址的保护一定要与开发利用相结合才能得到落实和保障。本文针对城郊型大遗址与周边地区城市开发建设之间的突出矛盾,结合西安曲江新区的案例,提出强调空间管制区划和资源保护规划、构建文化产业社区等发展思路。在贯彻"保护为主、抢救第一"这一原则的同时,将大遗址保护与文化产业发展联系起来,对我国大遗址周边地区的城市开发建设模式进行了探索。
Chinese heritage sites are important areas to represent history culture and national dignity. However, with the process of urbanization of the country, many heritage sites are facing threats brought by urban development and construction. Practice has proved that the conservation of heritage sites can be workable only if it was combined with development and use in Market Economy. Aimed at the urgent contradiction between the conservation of heritage sites and the urban development and construction of surrounding areas, this paper brings forward three countermeasures including spatial governance zoning, resource protection planning and constructing cultural industrial community. With a case study of Qujiang new district in Xian city, this paper shows how to combine the conservation of heritage sites with the development of cultural industry.
