摘要
海上平台导管架结构水下杆件的灌浆加固方法是海上平台中后期维修保养的重要手段。目前世界上一些国家都在采用这一技术,但在我国还是首次。本文主要介绍灌浆技术及灌浆工艺用于渤海八号平台的成功经验。文中重点介绍了在灌浆前的试压及灌浆试验以及采用电割开孔和自行设计接头的使用情况。最后还提出了在灌浆加固作业中应改进之点。
Cement grouting for reinforcement of submarine members of the marine jacket is an important measure in the middle later periods of maintenance. A few countries all over the world are now using this technique, but in China we are the pathfinders.
This article focuses on the successful experiences of cement grouting technique and grout process used in Bohai No. 8 platform. In this article an emphasis is put on pressure test before grouting, grout test, electric cutting hole, and connections designed by ourselves. In the end the article puts forward the improvement of cement grouting in reinforcement operation.
