摘要
根据高空作业车执行机构的工作曲线图,提出了高空作业车液压系统匹配与控制的方法,包括回转机构、变幅机构、中臂系统、上臂系统和调平机构的液压系统的匹配与控制;分析了在闭环控制下,执行机构各子系统的速度、加速度、位移的变化情况,揭示了在开环控制和PID控制下,系统特性的变化情况。
According to the working curves of executive mechanism of aerial work platform, the matching methods for the hydrau- lic systems were presented, which included the revolution mechanism, the amplitude mechanism, the middle-arm mechanism, the up-arm mechanism and leveling system. The changing conditions of speed, acceleration and displacement for each sub-system of exec- utive mechanism under closed-loop control were analyzed. The changing conditions of the system dynamic characters were explained under PID control and open-loop control.
