摘要
纳米红色元素硒是一种纳米粒子 ,粒径在 2 0nm~6 0nm之间。采用Lewis肺癌 (LLC)移植瘤模型观察其抗肿瘤功效。小鼠分别灌喂纳米红色元素硒 2mg/kg .bw、4mg/kg .bw、8mg/kg .bw 3种剂量 10天。结果表明 :与正常对照组比 ,纳米红色元素硒可显著抑制LLC移植瘤的体积与重量。小鼠分别灌喂纳米红色元素硒 8mg/kg .bw和环磷酰胺 2 0 μg/kg .bw10天 ,与正常对照组比 ,二者皆可明显抑制LLC移植瘤的体积、重量、自发性肺转移 ,延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间 ,二者之间无显著性差异。表明 ,纳米红色元素晒有较好的抗Lewis肺癌移植瘤效果。
Nano red elemental selenium is a kind of nano grain, its diameter is between 20nm-60nm. Using the planted Lewis Lung Cancer (LLC) model, its anti-cancer function was studied. The result revealed that:Mice were inigated with nano red elermental selenium for IO days, the dose was 2mg/kg.bw, 4 mg/kg.bw,8 mg/kg.bw. Compared with control group, nano red elemental selenium in three dose all could significantly inhibit tumor volume and tumor weight; Mice were separately inigated with nano red elemental selenium in dose of 8mg/kg.bw and cyclophosphamide in dose of 20 μg/kg.bw for 10 days.Compared with control group, the nano red elemental selenium and cyclophosphamide all could inhibit the tumor volume, the tumor weight, the indexes of tumor metastases in lung, and extend life of micesignificantly.The result showed that nano red elemental selenium could inhibit the planted Lewis Lung Cancer.
