摘要
目的:研究电离辐射对松果腺细胞信号传导的影响。方法:采用放免分析法,检测松果腺细胞中cAMP、cGMP含量。采用高效液相色谱分析法,检测松果腺细胞中褪黑素(MLT)含量的变化。结果:①小鼠受1~6 GyX射线全身照射24 h,随剂量增加,松果腺细胞中cGMP含量均降低。②小鼠受1~6 GyX射线全身照射后24 h,随剂量增加,松果腺细胞中cAMP含量均降低。③小鼠受1~6 GyX射线全身照射后12 h,随剂量增加,松果腺细胞合成和分泌MLT功能减弱。结论:高剂量电离辐射对松果腺细胞传导功能有抑制作用。
Objective To research the effects of ionizing irradiation on cAMP, cGMP and melatonin (MLT) contents function of mouse pinealoeytes. Method The contents of cAMP and cGMP in mouse pinealocytes were measured with radioimmunoassay. The MLT content of pinealocytes were measured with high performance liquid chromatography. Results The content of cAMP, cGMP in mice pinealoeyte re- duced gradully after irradiation with 1.0 - 6.0 Gy, and was significantly lower after irradiation with 4. 0 - 6. 0 Gy than that in the control group by irradiation with 4. 0 -6.0 Gy (P 〈0.01). The content of MLT secreted by mouse pincalocytes decreased gradually 12 h after by irradiation with 1.0 - 6. 0 Gy X - rays. Conclusion High dose ionizing radiation has the inhibiting effect to the transmit ruction of pinealoeytes.
