摘要
通过比较观察不同强度的经皮神经电刺激(TENS)对慢性单发性关节炎症痛的疗效,借以寻找较适宜的TENS治疗强度。结果:刺激强度可影响多次TENS治疗慢性痛的效果。在每周1次和每周2次治疗的安排下,对3种刺激强度的疗效进行比较,发现:多次TENS治疗慢性炎症痛时,较弱刺激的疗效较好。
The aim of the present study was to find the appropriate intensities of transcutaneus electrical nerve stimulation(TENS) for the treatment of the chronic monoarthritis inflarmmatory pain via comparison of their therapeutic effects.Results indicated that the stimulative intensity can influence the therapeutic effect of repeated TENS on chronic pain.when the TENS treatment,once a week and twice a week,was applied and the therapeutic effects of 3 stimulative intensities were compared,it was found that when repeated TENS was applied for treatment of chronic inflammatory pain,weaker stimulative intensity had a better result.
