我国正处在现代化建设的关键阶段,电力工程建设显得尤为重要。应提高电力工程的建设效率和电力行业的风险管理意识,将可能遇到风险的几率降到最低,以减少不必要的损失,提高经济效益与社会效益。
Our country is in the critical stage of drive for modernization, and construction of electric power engineering is particularly important. We should improve construction efficiency of electric power engineering and risk management awareness of electric power industry, reduce the risk chance undermost, so as to improve the economic benefit and social benefit.
