摘要 元坝121H井海相气藏埋藏深,水平井垂深超过7000m、井底温度高、压力高,对水平井钻井提出了极高要求。为了高效开发元坝海相储层,完成"十二五"规划战略目标,中石化在元坝121H井进行先导攻关。文章重点分析了元坝121H井造斜段及水平段施工难点,探索采用耐高温螺杆钻具配合耐高温MWD控制井眼轨迹,总结了一套针对元坝区块超深水平井轨迹控制技术。 Yuanba 121H well marine gas reservoir is buried deep, the depth of horizontal wells is above 7000m, the temperature in bottom is high, and the pressure is high, which have very high requirements on horizontal drilling. In order to efficiently develop marine reservoir in Yuanba and complete "Twelve-Five" planning strategic objectives, Sinopec conducted pilot research on Yuanba 121H well. This article focused on analysis of the difficulty in oblique section and horizontal section of Yuanba 121H well, explored to use high temperature resistance screw drilling tool and high temperature resistance MWD control trajectory, and summed up a set of trajectory control technology of exceeding horizontal well in Yuanba district.
