摘要
介绍了水厂排泥水处理浓缩污泥投加PAM的重要性、PAM絮凝机理、实验室PAM筛选及PAM在水厂排泥水处理中应用效果。实践证明,阴阳离子型PAM的应用都取得良得效果,其投加量在1.0~1.5kg/t(干泥),加注浓度0.5%~0.3%,能达到污泥回收率≥99%,泥饼含固率≥42%,脱色效果以阳离子型为好,且排放水中单体含量<0.0033mg/L,低于日本标准。
Introduction on the importance of dosing PAM into thick sludge water in a water plant, PAM flocculation mechanism, and study on comparing PAM flocculation effects in the laboratory and operational effect about sludge water PAM treatment. The result showed that both the anionic and cationic PAM obtained good results, when dosing amount was 1.0 ~ 1.5kg/t (dry sludge) and dosing concentration 0.5% ~ 0.3%, recovery rate of sludge was≥ 99%, solid recovery and cake thickness was ≥42%, and the cationic PAM was more effective, single body in the effluent was < 0.0033mg/l, lower than Japanese discharge standard.
