摘要
针对施工过程中如何实现人、料、机的最佳配置进行了探讨,分析了最佳配置的定义,提出应从计划书、施工组织设计、施工进度计划三方面着手,并分别作了具体阐述,以指导实践。
The paper explores how to realize the optimized allocation of the human,the materials,and the machine in the construction process,analyzes the definition of the optimized allocation,and points out the three aspects,including the prospectus,the design for the construction organization,and the construction progress planning,and undertakes the factual illustration,so as to direct the practice.
