摘要
论述了我国残膜污染的原因、现状及残膜给环境和农业带来的危害 ,并针对目前存在的问题提出了治理对策。
The situation and causes are discussed for the pollution from application of plastic film in agriculture. The countermeasures for control of this pollution are also put forward.
