心脏外科手术中节约用血 被引量：22

摘要 近来血源紧张在中国各地频频发生。究其原因，一方面是医疗服务增长导致临床用血量逐年增加，另一方面则是公众对义务献血信任度不足导致献血量逐年减少，而且这种供需矛盾在短期内难以改善。以北京为例，2011年上半年，住院患者人数增加10％，而献血量却减少了6％。心脏手术大多需在体外循环下完成，对血液的依赖程度更高。如何利用有限的血源完成更多的心脏手术，成为一个亟待解决的难题。阜外医院近年来积极探索如何减少心脏手术围术期血液使用，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。本文主要介绍我院节约用血经验，希望能与国内心脏外科同道分享。
