摘要
内容效度是指一个量表实际测到的内容与所要测量的内容之间的吻合程度。量表内容效度的定量评价中应用最广泛的指标是内容效度指数。内容效度指数分为条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)和量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)两类。结合I-CVI,对随机一致性进行校正可计算调整后的kappa值(记为K*)。按计算方法不同,S-CVI分为全体一致S-CVI(S-CVI/UA)和平均S-CVI(S-CVI/Ave)。量表I-CVI不低于0.78,S-CVI/UA和S-CVI/Ave分别不低于0.8和0.9提示内容效度较好。在撰写相关论文时,应包含内容效度评价的过程和主要结果。
Content validity is the degree to which an instrument has an appropriate sample of items for the construct being measured and is an important procedure in scale development. Content validity index （CVI） is the most widely used index in quantitative evaluation. There are 2 kinds of CVI： I-CVI and S-CVI. A method to compute a modi ed kappa statistic （K ＊ ） can be used to adjust I-CVI for chance agreement. S-CVI/UA and S-CVI/Ave are both scale level CVI with di erent formulas. Researchers recommend that a scale with excellent content validity should be composed of I-CVIs of 0.78 or higher and S-CVI/UA and S-CVI/Ave of 0.8 and 0.9 or higher, respectively. The characteristics and qualifications of the experts, process and main results of content validity evaluation should be reported in scale-related manuscript.
