摘要
活性有机碳是土壤有机碳中最活跃的部分,在土壤碳循环中起着非常重要的作用。以西藏当雄高寒草原坡面为研究对象,对不同高度坡位上表层土壤(0~10 cm)活性有机碳(Labile organic carbon)含量分布特征进行分析。结果表明:相同高度坡面不同位置上土壤活性有机碳和总有机碳含量差异较小,标准差分别为0.0273~0.1642和0.0301~2.2835之间;土壤活性有机碳占总有机碳比例在6%左右;随着坡位高度的升高土壤活性有机碳和总有机碳含量均呈增加趋势;回归分析表明,土壤活性有机碳与总有机碳之间呈极显著正相关关系(r=0.9383),回归方程为y=0.0763x-0.4634;与〈0.002 mm粘粒含量呈正相关关系(y=0.0548x+1.4847),但相关性未达显著水平(r=0.6488);土壤总有机碳和〈0.002 mm粘粒含量可以分别88.04%和42.1%地解释土壤活性有机碳含量的差异。
Soil labile organic carbon is the most active part of soil organic carbon and plays a very vital role in the soil carbon cycle.With Dangxiong Tibet alpine grassland slope as research objects,we studied the distribution of soil labile organic carbon at different gradient of surface soil layer(0-10 cm).The results showed that soil labile organic carbon had less difference with soil total organic carbon,and the standard variations were separately between 0.0273-0.1642 and 0.0301-2.2835;the soil labile organic carbon accounted for 6% of soil total organic carbon;both soil labile organic carbon and soil total organic carbon increased with land gradient.The regression analysis showed that there was significant difference between soil labile organic carbon and soil total organic carbon(r=0.9383).The regression equation was y=0.0763x-0.4634.Soil labile organic carbon was positively correlated with soil clay content(y=0.0548x+ 1.4847),but this correlation didn't reach to the significant level(r=0.6488).Soil labile organic carbon could be explained by soil total organic carbon and soil clay content by 88.04% and 42.1%,respectively.
