摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定八角枫药材中水杨苷含量。采用Shim-pack vp-ODS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为25℃;以乙腈-水(7∶93,V/V)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为269nm。水杨苷在16.02—80.10μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为y=5070.1x+4069.1,r=0.9994,平均回收率为99.53%,RSD=1.19%。该方法快速简单,可用于八角枫药材的质量控制。
The method for the determination of salicin in Alangium Chinese(Lour.) Harms medicinal materials was established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The determination was carried out over a Shim-pack vp-ODS C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) at the column temperature of 25℃.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile(7%)-water(93%) with flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,and detection wavelength was 269 nm.There was a good linear relation for salicin in the range of 16.02—80.10μg·mL-1.The linear equation was y=5070.1x+4069.1 with correlation coefficient of 0.9994,and the average recovery was 99.53% with RSD of 1.19%.The method is fast and simple,that can be applied to controlling quality of Alangium Chinese(Lour.) Harms medicinal materials.
