两种胰肠吻合方法的比较:附57例报告 被引量：2

摘要 目的:寻求一种安全易行的胰肠吻合方法以降低胰瘘的发生率。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月—2010年12月施行的胰十二指肠切除57例的临床资料,其中31例行胰肠一层吻合,26例行胰管空肠黏膜吻合,比较两组吻合所需时间及术后发生胰瘘的情况。结果:31例行胰肠一层吻合的胰肠吻合所需时间平均为14.93 min,其中1例(3.2%)术后发生胰瘘;26例行胰管空肠黏膜吻合的病人胰肠吻合所需时间平均为24.09 min,其中2例(7.7%)术后发生胰瘘。胰肠一层吻合组所需吻合时间少于胰管空肠黏膜吻合组(P<0.05);胰瘘的发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胰肠一层吻合是一种简单可靠的胰肠吻合方法。
