摘要
文章认为图书馆服务包括为用户提供图书情报产品和服务项目,将图书馆的服务细分为核心服务、形式服务、期望服务、延伸服务和潜在服务五个层次,图书馆必须根据自身的营销目标,对服务的宽度、长度、深度和相关度进行最优组合。
Library services include information products and service items provided for users. Library services can be divided into five levels. They are core services ,form services, anticipate services, extended services and latent services The libraries must optimize the services length, width, depth and the correlation according to their own sale objectives.
