摘要
文章通过数值模拟分析了在工作面上、下隅角采用的封堵措施,以及在防治采空区漏风方面所起到的重要作用。针对大佛寺煤矿高瓦斯、易自燃、漏风大的特点,结合40104工作面的实际情况,采用卡佛尼预制块对该工作面的上、下隅角进行快速封堵,结果表明:与传统的堵漏方法相比,该方法具有安全、高效、环保等优点,具有广阔的推广前景。
This paper shows that the instant sealing in the upper and down-corner angle has great effect on preventing air leakage through numerical simulation. Aiming at the characters of Dafe Coal Mine, with high gas, easy self-ignition and strong air leakage, and combining the actual truth of 40104 work face, the paper adopted Caveney precast block method to plugging in the upper and down-corner angle. The results show that Caveney precast block has many more advantages than the tradition methods in instant sealing, which is safety, efficient and environmental friendly, ~and has wide application prospect.
