摘要
利用切柱头授粉和胚抢救技术获得亚洲百合‘Petit Brigitte’×青岛百合的14个杂交后代,以45SrDNA为探针对亲本和其中4个后代进行了荧光原位杂交(FISH)分析,结果表明,亲本和后代都为二倍体(2n=2x=24);‘Petit Brigitte’有10个45S rDNA位点,分别位于1、2、4、5和7号染色体上;青岛百合有8个45S rDNA位点,分别位于3、4、5和10号染色体上;4个杂种后代有9个45SrDNA位点,分别源于‘Petit Brigitte’和青岛百合。
Hybridization between Asiatic lily‘Petit Brigitte’× Lilium tsingtauense was conducted with cut style pollination and embryo rescue. Fourteen progenies were obtained,and the parents and 4 progenies were analyzed using FISH with 45S rDNA as probe. The results showed that all of them are diploid(2n = 2x = 24);‘Petit Brigitte’has 10 loci of 45S rDNA distributed on chromosome CH-1,CH-2,CH-5 and CH-7 and Lilium tsingtauense has 8 on CH-3,CH-4,CH-5 and CH-10 respectively,2n = 2x = 24 for Lilium tsingtauense and 2n = 2x = 24 for hybrids,respectively;all four progenies have 9 loci of 45S rDNA,unambiguously,coming from‘Petit Brigitte’and Lilium tsingtauense respectively.
