摘要
针对乳化液对液压支架系统的重要作用,以山西西山晋兴能源有限责任公司斜沟煤矿为例,分别对18105综采工作面乳化液的配比浓度、配液水质的取样、热稳定性等多方面进行现场试验,并对取得的试验数据进行详细分析,总结出了乳化液浓度过低会产生的4种危害,并提出提高乳化液浓度的3种技术措施,为矿井现场的液压支架及乳化液的选择与维护提供了参考。
According to the important role of the emulsion liquid to the hydraulic powered support system, taking the Xiegou Mine of Xishan Jinxing Energy Corporation Ltd. as an example, a site experiment was individually conducted on the mixing ratio concentration, water sampling of the mixing liquid, thermal stability and others of the emulsion liquid for No. 18105 fully mechanized coal mining face. A detail analysis was conducted on the experiment data obtained. There were four dangers occurred by the concentration too lower of the emulsion liquid summarized. There were three technical measures provided to improve the concentration of the emulsion liquid, which could provide the references to the selection and maintenance of the hydraulic powered support and emulsion liquid in the mine site.
