阑尾腺癌1例报告被引量：2

摘要患者女，66岁。2009年9月起无诱因自觉右下腹疼痛，在外院诊断为“阑尾炎”，行抗感染治疗，症状缓解，但反复发作。患者每次发作时无寒战、高热，但长期便秘。2011年9月19日，患者因右下腹疼痛持续性加重伴发热来我院就诊。病程中无呕血、黑便，无腰痛、血尿，无咳嗽、胸痛，无不洁饮食史。
